Enerchain Workshop "Blockchain in Energy Trading", Berlin, February 21./22. 2017
PONTON's Enerchain workshop takes place on February 21-22, 2017 in Berlin. The first day is focused on getting to know each other and gaining a better understanding of blockchain technology and its business implications. The agenda of the workshop on the second day will be driven by you as participants, using the Open Space conference methodology. Open Space builds on your contributions: we expect new ideas to emerge from putting together experts in energy trading from front-office, business development, research, back-office, legal, and IT. As an outcome of the workshop, we expect for all of us a better understanding of the marketplace design including application and product features as well as the operational framework, and a view of who might participate in an early mover group.
We believe this is a great opportunity for you to be involved in designing an energy P2P marketplace according to your requirements and to become a key stakeholder in the future of energy trading. Furthermore you will learn in-depth about blockchain technology and its challenges in a practical use case. Together, we can be first movers in energy trading!
